Where we started

Real Estate is in our blood.  One of the first Century21 franchises in Houston, Texas during the 1970's. My Dad went from "Builder of the Year" to bankrupt, in 2 months after the Savings & Loan crisis wiped out the real estate market.

Picking up, they started over in Southwest Florida where they began again in commercial and residential real estate.  But it wasn't long before they realized that they could do a much better job, than their bosses.  So they opened their own brokerages, both residential and commercial real estate.

MIC Incorporated in 2005 to full-time assist National Business Consultants (a national real estate business broker) in valuating businesses (and their digital assets) that were being prepared  for sale by their owners.  On average,  the owner will have less than 2 years to repair or replace their current website strategy, with an efficiently designed campaign to increase owner equity upon the sale.  This becomes imperative to the successful sale of the company and can mean big money when the terms of the deal are introduced.
